How to design my bedroom to look vintage?

If you could suggest ideas or specific items at stores that I can buy, that would be great. Pretty much anything, from curtians and comforters to jewelry hangers and wastebaskets, anything that can make it look more vintage. Wow, great room choice! Your inspiration is beautiful. I enjoy the same sort of style and one of my favorite sites for inspiration is http://parisapartment.wordpress.com/. She also has a store, but the pieces are pretty pricy. Anthropologie.com also has some beautiful vintage things occasionally. The best advice I could give it to buy simple furniture from antique stores or thrift shops and then paint them whatever color you want- then sand around the edges a bit to give it that vintage/distressed look.
