Turkish Silk

would you try this food if you were in China?
In general food in China is extremely good and extremely cheap (50 cents to a dollar US for a full plate of food). It’s pretty standard chinese food you can have in the US but 10 times better. Anyway, I stumbled upon a night market mostly opened by Uighurs (chinese people that are mixed with turkish) and they had a stand that served bug-ka-bobs ranging from silk worms, to grasshoppers, to beetles and the most crazy one 3 big black scorpions on a stick. I was too scared to try but all the young folk around me told me how good it was and one caucasian american kid took the courage and ate the 3 Scorpion-kabob. He said it wasn’t that bad, crunchy and a little gooey. Would you ever try it if you were told it’s safe?
Believe it or not, most chinese people there were too scared to try so no they even had cameras on the american white guy who ate the scorpions…it shows not every chinese person would be brave enough to eat such exotic foods like americans think (ex. cat and dog)
oh my nooooooooo
