Quilt From

I bought a polyester quilt along with a quilt cover from IKEA. Should I wash the actual quilt itself?

And, how do I use the quilt and the quilt cover? Do I just put it in, and do I need to seal it up after I do?

I wouldn’t bother if it was in a sealed package. But you would probably want to wash the dressing out of the cover before you use it.

If you are asking whether the quilt can be washed at all, sure, polyester quilts are washable – if you can squeeze them into your washing machine.
