FitFlops Fad For Summer 2009
OMG – I have just seen the very bestest thing ever!! Shoes that you can wear that are both comfortable and help to tone and trim your legs – Fit Flops. So the Media say, Fit Flops are great for back ache and pains too~So the Media say, Fit Flops are great for back ache and pains too~Back issues, and painful joints can be relieved, so we are led to believe by the hype~According to the hype, sores and aches (especially back) can be relieved by using FitFlops~Fitflops appaerntly can help with a sore back and aching joints}.
Goodness knows how hard they work you out as you are not suppossed to wear them for over three hours a day initially. They are marketed as the flip flop with the gym built in.
FitFlops are currently selling like hot cakes due to the sudden change in season (I can see some sunshine through my office window) and I’m still deliberating whether to buy a pair.
My back does ache since I have a toddler who requires me picking him up and carrying him around even though he has two perfectly good legs he could use. I could also do with shedding a pound or two which I haven’t got round to losing since my pregnancy. I have to say that I am concerned about spending my hard earned cash on this latest ‘gimmick’.
Imagine my relief not to buy a pair of Uggs when I saw the terrible state they ended up in after being worn for a while. In fact, perhaps after a long winter of Ugg wearing and treading down the back of your boots, FitFlops are what you need to sort out your posture again!
Actually, with Mothers day coming up – I think I will buy my mum a pair and she can test them out before I invest in a pair.
They come in a massive range of colours, yellow, white, red, black, blue and pink at least. FitFlop have had interest from shoe manuafacturers as large as hi-tec to create a saleable fitness shoe.
Currently, they are only designed for women but they are working on some for men. If my dad is really lucky, he’ll get a pair too for fathers day.
