What are the Blue & White tags on my arm after I was discharged from hospital?

I got really hammered last night and ended up going to hospital. Now I’ve been discharged but there are these white foamy things on my legs and neck with blue tags coming from them.
And on the blue tags there is like a button popper thing, any ideas wtf they are? and when can I take them off?

They are electrodes which they hook up to a heart monitor and EKG. You can take them off.
